At The Craft Chicc, we specialize in making designs that fit you and turning your “I saw this on Pinterest” moment into a beautifully crafted reality. Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, graduation, or celebration just because, our custom party favors are thoughtfully designed to match your vision, theme, and vibe.

Every order is created with care, creativity, and attention to detail so your event feels intentional and unforgettable.

Design & Approval Process

• Within 72 hours of order receipt, you’ll receive a watermarked mockup of your custom design via email
• You must respond to the email with approval or disapproval, along with any requested edits

• If you choose to disapprove and cancel, you must respond to email with “Disapprove – Cancel Order” option within 72 hours of receiving the email.

Failure to respond or cancel within 72 hours will result in the order being  non-refundable

Once a design is approved, the order moves into production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Processing & Timing

• Processing time is up to 15 business days to allow for creation and possible shipping delays
• Orders must be placed at least 20 days prior to your event date to ensure timely delivery
• Rush requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

Additional Information

• An invoice is included with all shipped and non-shipped orders
• Please double-check your email at checkout to avoid delays in approval
